Attention. We Have Shipping Updates!
We wanted to update your quickly! During the Canada Post strike, we will be using alternative shipping carriers until it is resolved. Your packages will be shipped/delivered and efficiently!
Same standard check out will be applied online, however when your parcel ships, you will receive the tracking information from the carrier, at which point you can then opt-in to receive their delivery notifications. Just a heads up, that these notifications may not reference us at Illbury+Goose.

*If your order was placed Friday November 15 / Saturday November 16th — We are processing these orders and may take 24hrs to switch to a new courier.
For those who have orders that went out Thursday November 14th — We have no updates at the moment. Please standby as this is out of our control and have already been picked up by Canada Post. Our apologizes and thank your for your patiences and understanding.

Store Pick-Up is Always Available
If you are in the local area (or visiting the local area) we do offer in-store pick-up. Orders are generally packed up, and ready quite quickly during our operating business hours (Tuesday–Saturday). We will fulfill your order and send a confirmation email once your order is ready for pick-up. If you do not receive an email please check your junk-mail just to make sure. — Or, again, you can always call the shop at 519.601.0884 (Map for FREE PARKING around the shop)
