• If you select 'In-Store Pick Up [London ON]' Your order will be packed for pick-up (at the store in London, ON) and usually ready within a few hours, during our regular shop hours.

• If you require Shipping, please select your Canada Post method. (Expedited or Xpresspost)

• Want free shipping? You are eligible for free shipping in Canada on all orders over $50 however you must enter the discount code FREECANADA
