We’re back at it with our friends at Powerhouse Brewing Co. — and this time, we’re bringing you something truly refreshing. Introducing our Japanese-Style Lager with Hibiscus, the latest creation in our ongoing collab series (beer #9 to be exact 🍻).
What Makes This Lager Different
This isn’t your average rice lager. While it’s got the crisp, clean, and smooth finish you’d expect from a Japanese brew, the twist comes in the details:

Brewed with hibiscus for a subtle floral lift

Triple decocted, adding layers of depth and complexity you’d normally only find in a Czech pilsner

Balanced and crushable, clocking in at 4.6% ABV with 18 IBUs
The result? A beer that’s easy-drinking but with enough character to keep you coming back for more.
