FAQ's This Holiday Season!
Do We Offer Gift Receipts?
🎁 Can items be exchanged? Do we offer gift receipts?
Yes! All regular priced items can be either exchanged or we offer a store credit (Just no cash refund) Obviously if items are not worn or damaged — Must be in same condition as prior to the purchase. We do not offer a direct gift receipt however all orders are tracked with the purchasers email address or name.
Sale items are final sale. We can swamp for the exact same item in a different size if it is available.
Exchanges can be made within 30 days. If you can not make the exchange in that time frame let us know by emailing customerservice@illburyandgoose.com — And we can see what we can do!
Holiday Exchange Extension. We always extend our exchange window to the end of January. (Saturday January 31st)
- Processing the exchanges can be done in person.
- If you are not in our local area email us at customerservice@illburyandgoose.com to coordinate shipping arrangements.
Shipping Deadlines
To help your mail and parcels arrive before Christmas Day (December 25, 2025),
🇨🇦 Canada Post: Domestic Shipping (Regular Mail & Parcels)

Local (same city or area): December 19, 2025

Regional (within the same region/province): December 18, 2025

National (across provinces): December 17, 2025
These dates apply to standard mail and parcels. Shipping earlier is always recommended during the busy holiday season.
🚚 Canada Post: Faster Shipping Options
Using Xpresspost™ or Priority™ allows for later send-by dates — often up to December 22, 2025, depending on destination.
📦 Purolator Ground (standard service within Canada)
- Local (same city/area): Dec 19, 2025
- Regional: Dec 18, 2025
- National: Dec 15, 2025
- These dates are the last recommended days to induct your package into the Purolator network by service type/region for Christmas delivery.
🚀 Purolator Express (faster service)
- Local & Regional: Dec 22, 2025
- National: Dec 19, 2025
- For fastest delivery (before Dec 25), Purolator Express shipments should be sent by these dates so they’re processed in time.

Holiday volume and weather can cause delays — ship early when possible.
Holiday Hours
✅ Pretty much business as usual.
We are open Tuesday–Friday (11am–5pm) & Saturdays (10am–4pm) However, we are often at the store later. If you need us to be here a bit later it is no trouble at all! (Honestly) — Feel free to give us a call at 519.601.0884
🎄 We will take some time off around Xmas & New Years.
We will be open Xmas Eve. Closed Xmas Day & Boxing Day till Dec 29. However, these dates are not set in stone. Stay tuned to our socials for further updates.
⏳ What about any Sundays or Mondays?
We are often around the shop or in an out on Sundays & Mondays. If the doors open, if Marty's in the window, you are more then welcome to come on in! If you cant make it by during our regular scheduled hours, Just reach out! — It's no trouble and not a pain by any means.
Where are we located, and do we have parking?
📍884 Dundas Street in London, ON
We are located in the Old East Village (London, ON) directly across from The Western Fair Market (On the north side of Dundas St). We are approximately a 10min walk / couple min drive (west) from 100 Kellogg Lane (past Quebec Street & before King/Ontario).
🚘 Parking
Parking is available across the road at in the lot at The Western Fair Market. Street parking on Ontario around the corner. And if you are heading East -> West, there is a open lot 5 units before us (In between the neon bee painted building and Semco). There are also some spots directly behind our building but it gets pretty tight!
